The painting is carefully packaged in cardboard or a solid wooden crate, or rolled without a frame, and shipped with Posten, PostNord, or DHL.
As a starting point, prices are calculated for standard shipping:

Rolled in a tube
Original paintings can be removed from the stretcher and shipped rolled in a tube to ensure safe and affordable transport.
Free home delivery
I offer home delivery in Bergen and surrounding areas by appointment. Delivery can be arranged by email, or you can include it in your order.
Pick up yourself
You’re welcome to pick up the painting yourself — we’ll agree on a date and time by email.
Conditions Shipping costs depend on weight and size. If the painting exceeds 120 × 60 × 60 cm when packaged, shipping costs may be higher. A handling fee of NOK 196 may also apply.
Payment
From the website you can use PayPal. Other payment options can be arranged, such as Vipps or bank transfer. If you prefer one of these, please write your preferred payment method in the order notes. The best option is to contact me by email so we can arrange it: birthe@artbybirthev.com
Right of withdrawal and return
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act. The cancellation period applies from the day after you receive the painting.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give written notice via email to: artbybirthev@gmail.com within the deadline.

The painting must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

As a customer, you cover the costs of return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Artwork that is custom-made or made to order.
